  • 2 bacon rashers, diced
  • 500g pork mince

  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 carrot, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 6 sheets puff pastry

    Place on a tray and bake in oven for about 30 min until rolls are nice and golden. Allow to cool and serve with your favourite sauce.
